Terms and Conditions - Direct Bookings
These terms and conditions apply to bookings made directly with Lee House. Please note that different terms and conditions and tariffs may apply to special offers, bookings made through third party agents and online bookings. Terms and conditions and tariffs for bookings made through third party agents and online bookings will be provided at the point of booking.
By making a reservation you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please remember that a reservation is a legally binding contract. To secure a booking we require a minimum deposit of £90.00 for each room booked. We may ask you for larger deposit if you are paying by cheque.
Payment of balance
Accounts are to be settled in full before departure. Our preferred method of payment is by Debit Card.
In the event of a cancellation, Lee House reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the total cost of the booking as follows:
Cancellation 28 days or more prior commencement of stay - deposit refunded, less an administration charge of £25.00.
Cancellation 7-27 days or more prior to commencement of stay - cost of a 1 night stay per room booked, charged at the full single night rate of £90.00.
Cancellation 1-6 days prior to commencement of stay - 75% of the total booking value or £90.00 per room booked (whichever is greater)
Cancellation on day of booking or “no shows” - 100% charge of the total booking value.
These charges become due when notification of the cancellation is received by Lee House. Cancellation charges will be charged to the card details provided when booking. If we resell all or part of your booking we will reimburse you any monies due less £90.00 per room booked.
Change of Booking Details
Subject to availability and at our discretion, we may agree minor changes to booking details, but a reduction in the number of nights or guests booked constitutes a part cancellation and will be treated on a pro-rata basis. Bookings that cannot be rescheduled in the current season may be treated as cancellation by the guest and the cancellation policy will apply.
No refund or reduction will be made for last minute changes to your booking including late arrival, meals not taken, temporary absence or departure earlier than booked
· We operate a non-smoking establishment.
· We reserve the right to recover the cost of making good damages, breakages, replacing lost keys etc.
· We strongly recommend that you obtain holiday insurance to cover any of the above charges and cancellation.
